Latest news nowadays which is on the Air ''GST'' . we all are hearing about GST everywhere . and new Regime for GST affected by July 1,2017 across the India. it's intention was One Nation and One Tax across the country. GST will be the single & only tax on the supply of Goods and services,right from the manufacture to the consumer. 
Albeit it seems Good and may be Excellent for the country development & growth .

As we all know each and  every state are supporting new Regime for GST  Except Kashmir . I want to know one things even everyone want to know, is Kashmir Belongs to India or not?

Why they are leaving Kashmir to skip GST . Kashmir is also part of  India then why Kashmir is skipping to conduct or implementation of Regime GST.
Government should have to do something ,should have to Implement GST Across the India as well as Kashmir.
